The only negative I experienced was waiting over 40 minutes for my hand-over appointment due to them being busy. Some staff wouldn't acknowledge this but one in particular kept checking I was okay and offered me drinks (Can't remember his name!).

Me and my brother went yesterday to see a car. The sales person was very friendly and met us within minutes of going in and took us for a drive, Things went sharply downhill once the Business Manager, i think his name was Cory, got involved. He was extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills nor any idea of how to talk to a potential customer. We were very close to buying the car but his manner of speaking to us just put us right off to the point we got up from the discussion and left. Which is sad as we liked the car and would have bought it. Based on this experience I will not come here again. Read the other reviews if you dont believe me. If senior management at Evans are reading this, please train staff on how to handle customers! Rude staff that cannot hold a decent conversation will not make your business flourish. Again read other reviews, there is a pattern of complaints.

I had to just walk away, I feel sorry for the staff as they clearly have had no training and from what I seen of the ‘management’ (slightly older kids) they have no idea either, swearing standing around talking I mean really, is this how you represent the company?!?

When I told the rep I'd got an email with a price for my part exchange he seemed surprised and asked "how could they give you a price when they've not seen the car?" ... you tell me, it's your company???

After sitting around for two hours they offered my a joke price for my part exchange (£1000 less than initially quoted - I know my car isn't in mint condition but there's no way you could warrant such a huge difference). Most of the sitting about was also waiting for a so called 'Manager' who needed to put together a presentation (which is basically something they try and make you sit through so they can sell you loads of extras you have no intention of buying). He was useless, not particularly interested and looked like he'd rather be somewhere else.

It's been 5 months since I posted this review, every one else who has posted has had a response from the company, I'm guessing your silence is an admission of guilt and incompetence as to why you've not responded to my post. I have had 10 likes and if that means that you've lost 10 sales because of this review then it means 10 less 1 star reviews for you and your company. You're as clearly still as incompetent but I congratulate you on still being in business, I thought you'd all be at the dole office before now.

Do not buy from this car store, please learn from my mistakes, I purchased a 20k Audi from this car store and 2 days after buying the service light came on, I contacted them and they said that it had been serviced and that the light wasn't reset because it hadn't come on yet (A lie). I subsequently found out that they only have to complete an oil change and they call it a service. They are cowboys and will lie to you to get the sale. I was made to pay £342 to Audi to properly service the car as the car store refused to do it. The car store also had not used an Audi filter and I was told this voided the warranty which had to be sorted by Audi. They also refused to take the car back when I told them it wasn't good enough. As soon as they have your money they couldn't care. They don't follow the consumer rights act and I had to write to the managing director in Nottingham to get my money back and go through trading standards. It turned out well as I got the money for the service back but it took a while. Do not trust these clowns especially the manager David Lee.

Absolutely awful service. I'd booked an appointment earlier in the week, for an appointment at the Coventry store, via head office for the following weekend. I arrived and was told that Luke would be dealing with me; after 10 minutes of sitting about I was told Luke was with another customer? Why bother making an appointment?
